Refund & Return Policy – Digital Products

At Digitalz, we offer digital products (vocal AI agents) that are activated and customized upon order. By placing an order, you agree to the following return and refund conditions in compliance with consumer law.1. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content

Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital products once:

• You have given explicit consent to begin the service immediately

• You have acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right once access or activation has started

This exception complies with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code regarding non-tangible digital content.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if the digital product (AI agent) has not yet been activated, customized, or delivered. In this case:

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a withdrawal

• You must notify us by email at: contactdigitalzai@gmail.com

• We will confirm if your request meets the legal conditions for a refund

3. Refund Process

If your request is accepted:

• Refunds are issued within 14 days after validation

• The same payment method used at checkout will be used for the refund

• No additional fees will be charged for the refund

No refund will be granted if the product has already been accessed, configured, or used—even partially.

4. Gift Purchases

If the product was purchased as a gift:

• Refunds or credit will be sent to the original buyer unless otherwise requested
